Info Coordination
Calendar Scheduling
The dates for events are put together in a small meeting of Trinh, the calendar person, and Sheila. Trinh will be bringing the input from all of the teachers, and the calendar person will be bringing all information from the community.
Anyone who has an event coming up, or any dates that need to be confirmed or adjusted, please contact the calendar person by phone or email.

Room Nine News - All School E-Mail
The Room Nine News All School e-mail list goes out to every parent with a student currently enrolled in Room Nine Community School. This is the more formal mailing list and topics are usually notices about upcoming meetings, school events, etc.
Parents who do not have e-mail accounts can call Melinda and ask to receive announcements through the offline contact list.

The Exchange
"The Exchange" is our school community email group. Members use it for informal discussions and sharing announcements about non-school events, etc.
Receiving mail through The Exchange is voluntary and there is an option to read threads online at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/The-Exchange/. Many Room Nine Community School former parents and alumni also participate in The Exchange, so it is a good way to stay in touch once students move on to other schools.
If anyone is interested in joining or would like more details about it please contact Melinda O'Malley, 306-8504, the-omalleys@comcast.net
The Website
This site is updated at least once a week.
